Science in the Media

I ran across an interesting and insightful article about the portrayal of science in the media at the Guardian. I've had several results picked up by newspapers and TV, and most were error-ridden or hard to appreciate. I even had one result that was the teaser for hours leading up to the 10 PM news in the San Francisco Bay area -- it got its 30 seconds with almost no content. Anyway, I liked the article. We need more science education in more places in more ways. We're a weaker civilization ffor falling short in this area.
